Lots of spice and a hint of cherry on the nose. Rich with a very balanced barrel spice to start then vanilla and orange peel to round it out. Finish is medium long and warming.

Strong oak nose, after a little bit I pick up maple and honey...palate hits with spice but then get maple at the end and it lingers, few more sips and a honey flavor comes out - like Teddy Grahams...finish very mouth coating finish with maple flavor hanging on

The Ron Swanson of bourbons. Super oaky on the nose, you get this like heavy sugary syrup smell as well. Maple and oak taste, honey cereal and butterscotch candy come through. Delicious bottle

I can def taste the vanilla and spice. Full of flavor. Had the 9 year knob creek. This 12 year has way more flavor and is more full bodied. I think the price difference is like $20. Go for the 12 year instead.
