Nose of cherry and oak wood , sweet sticky candy. Taste is mild, but you get that confectionery sugar come through. Little bit of a burn, but you also get some green apple as a taste as well. Overall, I like this way more than I did a year ago. Nice in between compared to small batch and BP.55.0 USD per Bottle

Old Ezra 7 Year Barrel Strength Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed December 9, 2021 (edited December 10, 2021)Oak and Vanilla really overpowered this one. Enjoyable but there’s a reason it’s a rarer bottle that you can find at most places. -
Stellum Lyra Single Barrel Bourbon (Seelbach's)
Bourbon — USA
Reviewed November 23, 2021 (edited March 12, 2022)I’m getting cherry blow pop, a sugary cherry nose. Vanilla, crust crumble as well and little baking spice as well. Nose is a 4.75/5 all day. Palate oh my oh my. Sugary sweetness, I get the hug for sure, but I’m thinking maple syrup and oak, custard, buttery toast. Holy god this is good.55.0 USD per Bottle -
Four Roses Yellow Label Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed September 25, 2021 (edited October 16, 2021)Yellow label absolutely slaps and I don’t care if it’s bottom shelf. I get a ton of honey, caramel sweetness with a nice hug. Haven’t had this in a long time and I want this to be my decanter bourbon moving forward
