Tasting Notes
"The nose is like peanut brittle (roasted nuts, buttery caramel) with pieces of dried cherry, sprinkled with baking spice. The medium-heavy palate is rich and viscous, with flavors of 90% bittersweet chocolate, roasted pine nuts, clove, nutmeg, and a hint of leather. The finish is heavy on smoky tobacco notes, with the dark chocolate and roasted nut flavors lifting the palate. "
