Tasting Notes
"The whiskey has a distinct "dusty library" aroma, with notes of oiled leather, vanilla, clove, cinnamon, green apple, and dried cherries. It's got a medium to heavy weight finish, with strong flavors of cherry cough syrup, charred oak, caramel, and faint spices. Though there is still some life to it, especially in the mid palate, with bursts of dried fruit and cocoa flavors. Despite the considerable viscosity, the finish is a bit hot and drying. "
