Knob Creek 9 Year Small Batch Bourbon

vanilla and caramel, spice kicks in, and rough after taste. Awesome sweet nose and it delivers thru the palate. Nice bottle.

You know what I like about this? The nose!!! Smells awesome.

After pour- hot on nose. Char, oak, leather. Tastes vanilla and leather with high temps and cinnamon . Opened up after 30 minutes- butterscotch and vanilla on nose. Temp down. Clove and orange peel. Tastes orange and vanilla on front of pallet, heavy oak and leather center pallet, dry red pit fruits on finish. Cinnamon afterfeel. Viscosity at medium girth and blends on bottom of pallet. Definitely a nine year. Plenty of wood and char notes but sweetness still present. Forced exhale makes you breathe fire so don’t do that lol.
