Knob Creek 9 Year Small Batch Bourbon

Body is a light caramel with a medium to high viscosity. Nose is burnt sugar and caramel. Slight hints of oak. Mouth feel is pleasant, sticks to your tongue. Palate starts with a very little burn that leads into vanilla and honey with hints of wood and oak. Finishes with a slight burn and oaky tannins. Surprised by how easy it sips for 100 proof. Maybe my palate is just getting used to higher proofs.

Notes of vanilla caramel-like taste slow burn after but not overwhelming & very pleasant Burnt/smoked aftertaste 1 large ice cube
