Knob Creek 9 Year Small Batch Bourbon

Better after being open for several days

Nose: Vanilla and a sort of artificial nut scent Flavor: Peanuts and oak but with a tobacco finish.

Nose: Vanilla, oak, and apple open up the glass. Palate: little sweet Carmel, lots of spice, cinnamon and clove. Finish: pleasant tobacco that slowly fades out.

Barrel spice is at the front. Cinnamon, vanilla, a bit of ginger and orange spice. Subtle sweetness follows that. Maple syrup maybe. Medium length, spicy finish, cola. Feels just a bit hotter than 100 proof On my lower end of enjoyable, but still enjoyable.

100 proof. A little burn good flavor. Smoother than Evan Williams

A little flat. Oakier than it is caramel/cherry. Thin.
