Knob Creek Small Batch Bourbon (NAS)

Slightly lighter on the nose than expected. Full bodied with lots of flavor and strong finish. This could be a daily drinker.

This is a full bodied whiskey - from smell to taste it is a strong full flavored whiskey. Hints of corn but the corn is not forward. Balanced floral notes filled with rip fruit. I could see this in my collection but not a full time regular drinking whiskey.

A lot of corn and smoke on the nose with a hint of cherry and spice. The palate is almost identical to the nose. Nice, sweet, and classic bourbon. Pretty smooth for a 100 proof. One of my favorites.
