Notes: I’m very impressed with Knob Creek’s Single Barrel. I love how this bourbon manages to tastes so bright yet so creamy at the same time. As per usual, neat, on the rocks, or with a splash of water is the way to go with this beauty. This is a great bourbon to bring out for those who may be new to drinking bourbon or for the seasoned veteran. It’s drinkability can’t be beat
