Knob Creek 9 Year Single Barrel Reserve

Very bold! Bold vanilla, and a toasty after-burn. Two ice cubes for the size of a low-ball glass really brings out floral favors but doesn't water it down. I'd recommend to let it breathe for just a few minutes after you pour.

Delicious. It packs a punch on the way down but nothing that a few ice cubes or a ice sphere can't sooth. Spicy, sweet (vanilla and maple), and slightly woody. It's not nightly drink but perfect at the end of a hard day when you just want to sip, chill and feel the bourbon in your chest a little. If you're a fan of cask strengths and high proofs, you'll like this. It's not the best I've ever had but it's worth trying.
