Knob Creek Single Barrel Select Bourbon

Wow, definitely more proof over the 100 proof small batch but in a very good way. Very enjoyable and will buy again!

Pavilion Beverage store pick. Knob creek always kills it

I had a previous pick that was barreled a day prior (2/8/11), selected the same day, aged in the same warehouse and floor, but in rick 016. From what I can recall of that previous pick, it had more of that Beam peanut fuck. This one is more subdued which I am actually enjoying a little less. But this is still great - well above average. This is great - well above average. The single barrel picks are a phenomenal value. While I won’t be seeking a second bottle of this, I’ll alway be on the lookout for other picks to try.
