Knob Creek Single Barrel Select Bourbon

Nice balance of oak, cherry, toffee. Lots of flavor, and only pleasantly spicy. Really very tasty. Very enjoyable near, and not hot for 120 proof. I’ll be looking for other KC varieties after enjoying this one so much.

On the nose: Oak, Tobacco and leather. On the tongue: Oak, Chocolate and black cherries. For the age I expected more complexity. It’s not hard to tell that this is a high proof bourbon.

N: cherry, vanilla, caramel P: pepper, spicy, sweet, maple syrup F: soft, warm, smooth,long, pepper Very nice, 120 proof but taste smooth, very nice sipper.
