"There's a strong ethyl alcohol nose, with perhaps a hint of white pepper and spun sugar. The rum is soft on the palate with some faint light powdered sugar flavor. There's a touch of pineapple and bilberry on the short and pleasantly sweet finish. This mostly neutral spirit is a safe bet for your white rum cocktail of choice."
