"Crystal clear in the glass and there's a light minerality along with some spun sugar in the nose. The texture is creamy, light, and smooth. The rum achieves the neutrality it aims for while having enough flavor to make it ideal base for a cocktail in which the rum doesn't need to be hidden. Think proper daiquiri."
