Koval Single Barrel Bourbon

Deep musty complex notes, wood and such. Tons of wood flavor on the tongue, some spice and toffee sweetness. There's a tang too, borderline sour, that might be some sort of fruit. Lemon or mango. Lots of caramel, super nice.
