I got black licorice. A little spicy with the sweet.

Oaky, little burn… to be honest, not much else can be said. Not impressed.

Honey, wheat and apple on the nose. A nice deep golden, almost amber color. The first taste produces a light, sweet honey flavor with a wheated feel. A light spice follows with a metallic finish. I’ve read so many good articles highlighting this bourbon, but was disappointed in its almost tinny flavor and lack of depth.
