An unfiltered, gluten free, Nigori Sake hand-crafted in Kyoto, Japan bottled at 9.5% ABV. that should be shaken before consumption. It has a delicate birth with hints of rice, fruit, flowers, herbs & spices; a balanced life adds hints of honeydew, strawberry, vanilla, tart yogurt & milk of flower; that leads to an off-dry & tangy death of medium length.
