Tasting Notes
"This is a bit like a competition between Bakers and Confectioners. The aroma is toasted rye and pumpernickel stacked high and doused with Confectioners sugar. The palate is fairly similar -- dry pumpernickel, toasted rye bread, and dry chocolate malt. Wood char accompany the rye spices at the finish."
