WhiteDistilled from a cereal mash bill comprised of any grain(s). Generally unaged except in the US, where it must age at least briefly in oak for an unspecified amount of time. Sometimes sold as "moonshine" although that is a misnomer.

Tasting Notes
"The aroma is light and slightly bready, with some faint and inviting vanilla characteristics. The palate shows a nice rye spice and some zesty heat along with some secondary notes of pumpernickel and anise. There's black pepper and more clean rye on the surprisingly long finish. "
