La Escondida Blanco

A crisp, organic, gluten free, Agave Spirit by NOM: 1614 in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico 2x distilled in Stainless Pot with a Copper Coil before being bottled at 40% abv. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, earth, fruits, herbs & spices; while a bold life adds notes of citrus oil, dried cherries, honey & mint; that led to a complex death of medium length adding notes of white pepper, vanilla, cinnamon & almond.
