Smoky, peaty, briny. Smoked meats and savory. Got two bottles for less than one bottle of Lagavulin 16yr. Not good as 16yr, but I got it for a good value.
This really got better as I got further into the bottle. Very heavy bananas initially, but now it tastes more integrated with the other notes. Nose has peat, rubbery plastic, and bananas/banana bread. Palate is sweet and spicy with some BBQ. Got this bottle for mid $30s, and it's definitely worth at least twice that.
