Smoky on the nose but not harshly. Opens with a light flavor of apple and other fruit that quickly becomes a strong smoke flavor

A nice meld of fruit cut with the peat and smoke.

Nose: Vanilla, sea water, smoke, iodine Palate: Smoke, sea water, apples, vanilla, iodine, ash Finish: Smoke, sea water, iodone The Laphroaig smoke usually ticks all my boxes and for that reason this is a very good whiskey. Still putting this out as 40% is a waste. It looses a lot in depth and delivery.
