Tasting Notes
"Iodine and seaweed start the nose, along with tar, salted caramel and candied apples. The palate has a heavy dose of phenolics in the rubbery-plastic department, with burnt toast and smoke, spicy astringent oak, and black pepper, with a fainter background of waxy honey and heather. The finish is all asphalt and ash with damp sea-splashed rocks."
