Laphroaig Lore

Already a big fan of Laphroaig but the Lore sets the bar even higher for the islay category. Fun to say you have a bottle with some '93 vintage in it (year after I was born). The embodiment of camping at night. The smoke, evergreen hints, and fruit. This will keep you warm at night.

Good standard smoky scotch

So amazing. Maple bourbon pancakes cooked with a little sea water and smoked over peat. Sweet and Smokey and iodine with fruit and nut shells

Lots of diverse flavors. Bit of tar. Rich and balanced with flavors of Islay
