Tasting Notes
"The nose has qualities of toasted walnuts, vanilla, banana peel, sweet pound cake, and spices (in other words, it smells of banana nut bread). On the palate, the nutty flavor changes to roasted peanuts, with flavors of apple butter, wheat thin crackers, and well integrated notes of spice and toasted oak. The finish is well balanced and almost creamy, with just a tinge of heat on the back of the throat. "
