Larceny Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Banana nut bread on the nose. Oak spice on the tongue. Not a very long finish. Slightly bitter back end.

First time having the new-look, 92 proof larceny. Much lacking compared to the original. Too light. Nutty and sweet, but no body or depth. Tastes too young and earthy

Brown sugar, spice and oak nose. Palate is sweet, a little hot with same notes as the nose. A little dull for me. Finish is short and sweet. I'm usually a fan of wheated bourbons, but this one I just find a bit lacking for whatever reason. Made a decent old fashioned, but I'd still take Makers over this one I think.
