Nose - right and rich, spiced caramel, citrus juice, fresh yeast rolls, a bit of honey and grain Palette - medium bodied, sharp grain and rich caramel, some slightly bitter citrus zest, a bit herbal Finish - tangy sweetness that last medium long, some mint at the end, mild burn
