RyeUnlike bourbon, rye whiskey can be made anywhere in the world. But if made in the US, the mash bill recipe must be at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels with no age requirement. Elsewhere, the rye whiskey will be made keeping the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"Wintergreen leads off on the nose, along with aloe, an herbal bouquet of dill and tarragon, vanilla bean, cloves, and blackcurrant. The palate is a combination of spicy and rich, with cacao nibs, dark chocolate brownies, malted grain, and coffee grounds, as well as cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. The finish is moderate and offers maple syrup, barrel char, rye spice, and wood tannins."
