Tasting Notes
"Spearmint and vanilla taffy lead on the nose, along with cinnamon and cloves, syrupy blackberries, and pepper. The palate is less overtly grain-forward than younger bottlings of this bourbon, but still features malted grains, along with notes of dark chocolate, cacao nibs, orange zest, and sour cherries. The finish offers tannic oak, barrel char, leather, burnt caramel, and root beer. (Review: Batch #7-S)"
