Nose is usual salty, briny, smoky goodness, but mostly closed. Palate is rich and oily, opens to salty, peaty smoke and lemon-pepper. Paired with some peppered beef jerky, and whisky turned to pineapple and green apples. Quite dry, but vanilla takes over finish, along with smoke. Really nice

The nose is smokey, briney, and peppery. The palate is smoke, black pepper spice, sea salt, and a hint of vanilla sweetness. It is smokey and spicey with a hint of sweetness. Great peated bottle especially at the price.
