Beautifully balanced tipple of oak smoke peat with spices, cardamom and ginger. So full of flavour I was happy taking an hour on a single measure

Aroma is smokey and meaty hint of orange. Smooth drinking more of the same in the tongue little salty

Smoke on the nose, but spicy on the pallet. Fair.

Smell of bacon crisps Smashing taste, best I’ve had yet.

Tasty and complex dram. Nice to see how the flavour develops over time in the glass. Good stuff!

Flat Iron Room NYC Did 10 and 18 side by side. The 18 loses the vibrancy of the 10, but steps up the cheesy, funkiness. I ended up doubling down with a chunk of mild blue cheese with the 18 and I tell you it's a match made in heaven! Something clicked in my brain and I love this stuff.
