Leiper's Fork Bottled in Bond Bourbon
This is a bourbon distilled from a mash bill of locally grown non-GMO 70% corn (this grain is grown at the distiller's own farm), 15% wheat, and 15% toasted malted barley. It is distilled to 137 proof on a copper pot still with a 110 barrel entry proof.
It is matured according to bottled-in-bond standards in new, charred American oak barrels with a #4 char for at least 5 years, and bottled at 100 proof. .
