Leiper's Fork Bottled in Bond Bourbon
A wheated bourbon from Leiper's Fork Distillery in Tennessee, this expression is made from a mash bill of 70% corn, 15% wheat, and 15% toasted malted barley, with the corn grown on the chief distiller's own farm. Distilled at a low proof of 137 on a copper pot still and entered into char #4 new American oak barrels at 110 proof, it is aged a minimum of five years in accordance with bottled-in-bond standards.
