Leiper's Fork Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Picked this up blind on a vacation to Tennessee. Love it. Rich, smooth, just the right amount oak, cherry.

Crème brûlée, malted grain, vanilla, oak, butterscotch, cinnamon, cocoa, pear and corn nose. Sweet and spicy, malted grain, cinnamon, caramel apple, barrel spice, oak and popcorn on the palate. Peppery finish. Some very unusual elements for bourbon, as it’s dominated by the taste and smell of pre-fermentation malted grain, like I’m brewing beer.
