Great alternative to campari, with natural coloring

Use it instead of campari. Good and a little spicier and more bitter than campari.

Pot distilled citrus and gentian root, colored with cochineal. Beautiful clear red. Dry and a little less sweet than Campari, good lingering bitterness. A good Campari replacement in classic cocktails.
