Reviewed November 25, 2025 (edited December 20, 2025)Glass: Glencairn, rested 15 minutes. Color: Pale amber. Nose: This opens with honey, bread, and a nice floral note. Palate: Clove and baking spice with a mild cinnamon note. Finish: Medium length with medium heat. Splash: No new flavors are revealed. Overall: 7/10 - I like where Litchfield is going with this, but a higher age or proof would probably get them a long way toward thst goal.Litchfield Distillery -
