Little Book Chapter 4: Lessons Honored

First pour so will save comments for later, but I think I’m going to enjoy this better than Ch. 3.

The nose is beautiful on this, I got like an apricot/peach cobbler with sweet baking spices. Its a little oakey with maybe some sweet pipe tobacco in the very end. Palate has a nice oily sheen and was slick on the tongue. At first I wasn't a fan, but on the 2nd dram, I really started liking this. Even though it is dry on the end there was not a lot of burn with this. Overall, not bad, I really enjoyed this, price was a little hefty, I would't mind finding another because I think this will decant well in the next few months..
