Raceking is the third expression of the Rabbit Hole Founder’s Collection series. Its mash bill consists of 70% corn, 13% rye, 10% malted rye, 4% chocolate malted wheat, and 3% chocolate malted barley. Through proprietary malting processes, a chocolate wheat from Germany and a chocolate barley from the UK were used to create the essence of chocolate. In keeping with the previous Founder’s Collection releases, Raceking is bottled at cask strength, in this instance, 109.

Tasting Notes
"The cocoa aroma emanating from the glass can actually be detected from across the room! Further inspection reveals some hot cinnamon, chili and clove notes mixed with the cocoa, along with flavors of fresh pumpernickel bread, tart apple and a hint of green bell pepper. The medium finish is somewhat funky with all of these elements coming together, but it's a fun sip nonetheless. Especially for chocolate fans. "
