Kind of leatherish on the nose. Tastes of very subtle smoke and apples. I have this love and hate relationship with scotch, I don't really like them but I always come for more.
If Loch Lomond 12 were a book, it would be called The Curious Case of Benjamin Button... not because it’s a rather curious malt, which it is, but rather the memories it evokes keep taking me further back in time: 2-cycle oil and grass clippings move to an ashy bonfire and finishes with cherry robitussin. It is weird I dig these flavors?
