I tried the unmatured "Blanche" . A sweet surupy grappa-like experience.OK,there are no grapes: but a heavy grape taste that prob. is the apple/pear blend.

Tried the novelty "Pedro Ximenes barrel" . Still nice, with some more of those raisin aromas whiskey people want. A fun little experiment on a solid product. Like!
