Reviewed October 4, 2025 (edited October 17, 2025)Rarely seen as an official bottling, I find it even more perplexing to see a reasonably priced Longmorn with a craft presentation. After all, it is a Pernod Ricard distillery. The nose starts off with lemongrass, jaffa cakes and red currants, and there are peaches, spearmint and gentle wood spices in the back. Juicy oranges, grapefruit and black pepper accompany the intense arrival, the sweet and sour notes are lovely. These were decent casks. Raspberries, banana and bitter tea subside in the zesty finish. A brief glimmer of hope - they promptly jacked up the price. RATING: 4.0/5.0 stars ≙ 87 pts → FIRST-CLASS110.0 EUR per Bottle -

Reviewed September 22, 2024 (edited September 26, 2024)The second "secret speyside collection" whisky that i had at Amsterdam airport was this 18yo Longmorn. Quite the surprise, since i did not expect anything, and this one was very good. On the nose: toffee, cinnamon, red apples, fruitcake. Sweet & spicy. The same exact notes can be found at the palate. Cinnamon, fruitcake, chocolate and apples. Aftertaste was a little more bitter, Tobacco, fruitcake, cigar. Very enjoyable. Overall, a superb release, i truly found it delicious and not expensive at all. My score for it is a solid 92 iver 100. -
