Tasting Notes
"The first impression is obviously peat, but also a coastal and herbal profile. On the palate, flavors come in the same order, although the whisky is actually sweeter than expected, with notes of vanilla and touches of white flowers. This is followed with citrus zest and sea salt. The finish is characterized by the peat, though it is not destructive at all for the other flavors. Very well balanced and superbly complex. "
