Tasting Notes
"A big and bold nose jumps out at you with dark chocolate and cocoa powder alongside handfuls of wet soil studded with mushrooms. The palate offers rye pretzels, agave syrup, molasses, and butterscotch. A warming and lengthy finish shows a bitter steak of pistachio shells, cigar wrappers, and burnt caramel, along with lemon peel, white pepper, and coriander. "
