Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
Tasting Notes
"The mesquite smoke is mild on the nose, but it brings forth some lovely green herbal and earthy notes to the forefront. There's a touch of pineapple as well. Moving on to the palate, you get some peppery spice on the tongue and more of the earthy agave notes. Smoke is moderate. The tequila works as in introduction to the world of smoke in agave distillates both in the proof and smoke level. It's not as complex as most smoked mezcals would be, particularly those that aren't made of espadin. Those fully invested in higher proof smoky mezcals will probably not be too keen on it. But for the price, works in mixed drinks to add some dimension to the flavors. "
