Tasting Notes
"The nose is quite different from the palate, with delicate and fruity notes of orange zest, cantelope, peach, and a touch of cinnamon. The palate is much drier and earthier, tasting akin to Irish breakfast tea sweetened with a bit of fruit compote, raisins, and baking spices. The finish veers toward bitterness, but the persistent fruitiness adds some sweetness. "
