Luna de Jalisco

A crisp, additive-free Agave Spirit by NOM 1545 in Jalisco (Los Altos Southern), Mexico rested in ex-Kentucky Bourbon barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, wood, fruits, flowers, herbs & spices; while an herbal life adds notes of thyme, oregano, a hint of citrus & caramel; that led to a floral death with notes of jasmine, gardenia & a hint of oak, vanilla & pepper.

I found this smooth and unique with some allspice on the finish. Shippable or cocktails, either way; a great tequila!
