London Dry GinNeutral spirit flavored with juniper and other botanicals. In the US, the minimum ABV is 40%; In the EU, it is 37.5%. Originally, only made in London, this can be made anywhere. No artificial flavors or colors can be added. Only water, neutral grain spirit, and sugar (no more than 0.1g/l) can be added.

"Fans of juniper-driven London Dry will be pleased with this expression. The nose is quite aromatic with juniper and coriander and a touch of iris is there as well. As you taste the juniper once again comes in very strong on the palate. It is a bold gin which finishes with cinnamon and cardamom as the back notes. Use in any application, perhaps in a Last Word using Luxardo's Maraschino liqueur. "
