Macallan Triple Cask Matured 12 Year has matured in a trinity of casks. A mixture of European sherry seasoned oak casks, American sherry seasoned oak casks and American ex-bourbon oak casks is used to create one of Scotland's most preeminent single malt whiskies. Note: The Triple Cask Matured portfolio was formerly known as Fine Oak. The brand changed the name to the line in 2018. Also, the ABV will range from 40-43% depending on your market.

Tasting Notes

"This Macallan is a gentle, sweet whisky with some shy touches of barley and a whiff of porridge and honey. There are raisins too, but also oranges and peaches. This theme continues on the palate, but with soft spices and some more oak presence. Perfectly drinkable, approachable single malt from Macallan."
