Tasting Notes
"The aromas are somewhat subdued. Subtle would be another fitting descriptor. There are notes of wood shavings followed by sweetness and freshness. Stewed apples, peaches and just a whisper of pear skin are found as well. It's got a sweet, gentle arrival on the palate with honey and orchard fruits, followed by some cinnamon, cloves and light touches of white pepper. A perfectly fine whisky that won't light your world on fire, but is a decent example of a middle-aged, bourbon matured Scotch whisky."
