Madre Mezcal Espadin y Cuishe

Nice smoke but harsh finish and a bit watery.

Clear white body. Spicy earthy aroma. Spicy herbal earthy flav.

Not really a Mezcal guy but this is quite smooth.

Delicious smoke on the nares with roasted agave on the palate. Delicious and smooth

Not overly smoky and little on the sweeter side.

Very sweet

Charred agave, pepper, vanilla, salt

Sweeter agave funk nose. Sweet vegetal. Touch of bubblegum. Balanced with a little heat. Mild hints of smoke throughout and nicely added to the finish.

My first time drinking a mezcal, so I might be unfamiliar with the normal tastes. This is like drinking a campfire. There's not the burn I was expecting and is smooth. I won't let this turn me off to trying other mezcals, but I can't say this is one I will turn to in the future.
