Maestro Dobel Humito Tequila

Very smoky and salty on the tongue, like the burnt ends of a good brisket. Big burn on the back end with peppery spice and sweetness from the agave peeking through. Very well-rounded night cap on ice, would also be good in a spicy margarita.
